Conditions of the Money-Back Guarantee:
1. Defective Device Requirement: 

The guarantee applies only to products with verifiable defects, such as:
 - The doppler failing to show readings or power on.
 - The breast pump failing to turn on, lack of suction, or leakage.
 - The Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor failing to power on.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover cases where the device functions as expected but the customer finds it unsuitable or changes their mind.

2. Usage Notice for At-home Fetal Dopplers: 

In early pregnancy, detecting a heartbeat can be challenging. For best results, we recommend using the doppler after 14 weeks. Enquiries about the inability to detect a heartbeat before this point will be advised to continue trying until 14 weeks. For the purpose of the 30-day money-back guarantee, the initial report date will be used.

3. Return Application Period: 

All applications must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.

4. Evidence Requirement: 

We may request photo or video evidence of the issue for verification. If such evidence cannot be provided, we may ask that the product be returned to us for inspection.
If: 
 - We cannot confirm a defect without sufficient information. By shipping the product back, we can help resolve any issues. Our team will inspect and test the device thoroughly.
 - If a defect is confirmed, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued. If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you.

5. Refund Process: 

If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the defective device, excluding shipping fees, once the item is received at our warehouse, to the original payment method. In orders containing multiple items, the guarantee applies only to the specific item that is defective.

6. Partial Refunds: 

This guarantee applies solely to the defective product(s) within the order. Non-defective items, such as accessories, gels, and milk storage bags, are not eligible for return or refund. The value of non-returnable items will be deducted from the refunded amount.
