1. This money back guarantee only works when the device is clearly defective. 

i.e. The purchased at-home doppler does not show readings/does not turn on.

     The purchased wearable breast pump does not turn on/has no suction/leakage.

     The purchased Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor does not turn on.

Kindly note that the guarantee does not apply to cases where the device works properly, but the customer deems it unsuitable, or changes their mind.

2. For the doppler, it's common to find it hard to pick up a heartbeat during early pregnancy stages. For accurate results, kindly wait until week 14. To test the device's functionality, you can try to pick up your own heartbeat. If it successfully detects your heartbeat, it indicates that the device is working correctly.

3. All 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee applications must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. 

4. Please contact us regarding the return. We may request evidence of the device being defective to meet the return criteria.
